Upon completion, participants will be able to identify the role of galectins and their glycosylated ligands as emerging glycocheckpoints in the tumor microenvironment.
Upon completion, participants will be able to discriminate the effect of galectins, particularly galectin-1, in the control of innate and adaptive immune cell compartments.
Upon completion, participants will be able to visualize the potential of galectins as novel immunotherapeutic targets in cancer and autoimmune inflammation.
