Optimized immunophenotyping with high dimensional spectral flow cytometry panels
To fully characterize cell function and ultimately understand pathological conditions, technologies evolve to provide more efficient ways to interrogate biological systems. One such tool that has emerged is spectral flow cytometry. With the capacity to multiplex > 40 parameters, the availability of so many reagents comes with challenges, making it difficult to find the best conjugates to use and increasing the complexity of the optimization process. Here we discuss BioLegend’s strategies to build complex panels, including backbone combinations that leave open channels for easy expansion. Thus, with our extensive portfolio and experience, BioLegend can help your research with either pre-optimized panels or a customized design.
