Susan De Wolf, MD is an Assistant Attending on the Leukemia Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). After completing her undergraduate work in Neurobiology at Harvard College, she proceeded to Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons for her medical school education and Internal Medicine training. During her time at Columbia, she was a member of the transplant immunology laboratory of Dr. Megan Sykes where she studied alloreactive T cells via T cell receptor sequencing. For her Hematology/Oncology training, she came to MSKCC where under the mentorship of Drs. Marcel van den Brink and Abdel-Wahab, she has continued her work in T cell immunology at the intersection of MDS/AML and bone marrow transplantation. Her work in the laboratory focuses on advanced TCR sequencing analyses in graft-versus-host disease and the bone marrow immune environment, the tumor microenvironment of leukemia and MDS, and immune reconstitution.
